This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the MEHA Engineering, Inc. website at meha.intellimark.net (the “Site”).

The short version

We do not set any cookies of our own. Our Site does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or first-party cookies placed by our own code. We do not track you across websites and we do not build visitor profiles. The only way a cookie can be set while you use this Site is through the embedded Google Maps view of our office — and we keep that disabled until you allow it.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website or third-party service can store in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. This Site does not use them for tracking.

2. First-party cookies (set by us)

None. We do not place first-party cookies and do not run any analytics tool. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

3. Third-party cookies (set by others)

Google Maps. We embed an interactive Google Maps view so visitors can find our office. By default that map is not loaded; we show a placeholder until you accept the “Google Maps” category in our cookie settings or click to load it. Once loaded, your browser communicates with Google, which may set cookies and receive your IP address for Google's own purposes. We do not control or read those cookies. 4. Server logs are not cookies

Our hosting server may keep standard request logs (such as IP address and time) to operate and secure the Site. These are server-side records, not cookies stored in your browser.

5. How to control cookies

• Use the Cookie settings link in our footer to allow or disable the Google Maps embed at any time.
• Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies.
• Manage Google's settings through your Google account and Google's cookie controls.

Disabling the map will not stop you from using the rest of the Site or contacting us by email.

6. Consent (EEA / UK visitors)

Where consent is required before non-essential cookies are set, the only non-essential cookies that may be set on this Site come from the Google Maps embed — which we keep gated behind your affirmative choice, so no Google cookie is set unless you opt in.

7. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy as our Site or third-party services change. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
